How To Pay

Credit Card Ordering
We do accept credit cards but do not have a site with secure (SSL) facilities to encrypt sensitive information.
When ordering, please:
Clearly specify the name and the code of the instrument, parts, accessories or options.
When ordering please contact us by postal mail, telephone, e-mail or fax.
Instrument Deposit
A deposit of 30% is required when ordering instruments.
The return of a deposit after placement of order, where an instrument order is cancelled, will be at the discretion of Hugh Craig Harpsichords. There will be no refund on any completed instrument after dispatch from our workshop.
Please Note
Full payment of goods is required before the despatch of instruments, parts or accessories. Delivery charges will be quoted separately and added to this figure.
Returns
Please phone us before returning any instruments, parts or accessories. Only authorised returns can be made and despatch charges, including appropriate insurance, must be met by the customer.
A 30% levy fee will be charged on all return items.
Damaged Goods
Damaged goods in transit: for any damaged goods or missing items please make direct contact with the delivery company to fill in a claim form. Keep all packaging and damaged items for inspection. Please inform us if there are any problems.
